Exchanges
We allow exchanges on all items within 15 days after delivery. If you received an item that doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, we're here to help. Simply contact our customer support team at hello@fumana.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s) in their original condition, we will process the exchange and send you the new item(s) as quickly as possible.
Returns
Since all items at Fumana are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us at hello@fumana.shop and we will do our best to work something out.
